fix: update pezkuwi mainnet genesis hash and remove npm token from repo

- Update genesis hash to mainnet value
- Remove npmAuthToken from .yarnrc.yml (use GitHub Secrets instead)
- Add pezsp_* and pezframe_* path support in PortableRegistry
