feat: initial Pezkuwi Apps rebrand from polkadot-apps

Rebranded terminology:
- Polkadot → Pezkuwi
- Kusama → Dicle
- Westend → Zagros
- Rococo → PezkuwiChain
- Substrate → Bizinikiwi
- parachain → teyrchain

Custom logos with Kurdistan brand colors (#e6007a → #86e62a):
