Both came with the upstream template: a pull request labelled '-auto' was approved for an upstream maintainer's account and squash-merged once its checks reported, through the upstream author's own actions. The label does not exist here and neither workflow ever acted (2 runs each, both on other labels), but the path was open: it merges without review, and the PR checks it waited on run with continue-on-error.
