Satoshi Qazi MuhammedandClaude Opus 5.5 f081bedcf7 Apply lint's own fixes to the sr25519 sources and network interfaces

Import order and stray blank lines left by the scure-sr25519 swap, plus the
2026 headers of these files. eslint --fix output; no code changes.
