Subject: [PATCH] fix(deps): pin alloy-eips, alloy-tx-macros, ruint to Rust
 1.88-compatible versions

The wasm-builder creates an inner workspace (wbuild/) without a Cargo.lock,
causing it to resolve to latest alloy-eips 1.8.3 (requires Rust 1.91) and
ruint 1.18.0 (requires Rust 1.90). Pin to the same exact versions already
in Cargo.lock (alloy-eips/alloy-tx-macros =1.5.2, ruint =1.17.2).
