fix: update template URLs in getting-started.sh

Browse Source 
- Change template clone URL from pezkuwichain/{template}-template
  to pezkuwichain/pezkuwi-sdk-{template}-template
- All three template repos now accessible:
  - pezkuwi-sdk-minimal-template
  - pezkuwi-sdk-teyrchain-template
  - pezkuwi-sdk-solochain-template
- Update WORKFLOW_PLAN.md with current progress
