feat: Vendor pezkuwi-subxt and pezkuwi-zombienet-sdk into monorepo
...
- Add pezkuwi-subxt crates to vendor/pezkuwi-subxt
- Add pezkuwi-zombienet-sdk crates to vendor/pezkuwi-zombienet-sdk
- Convert git dependencies to path dependencies
- Add vendor crates to workspace members
- Remove test/example crates from vendor (not needed for SDK)
- Fix feature propagation issues detected by zepter
- Fix workspace inheritance for internal dependencies
- All 606 crates now in workspace
- All 6919 internal dependency links verified correct
- No git dependencies remaining

style: Migrate to stable-only rustfmt configuration

- Remove nightly-only features from .rustfmt.toml and vendor/ss58-registry/rustfmt.toml
- Removed features: imports_granularity, wrap_comments, comment_width,
reorder_impl_items, spaces_around_ranges, binop_separator,
match_arm_blocks, trailing_semicolon, trailing_comma
- Format all 898 affected files with stable rustfmt
- Ensures long-term reliability without nightly toolchain dependency

- Fixed deprecated `cargo_bin` usage in 27 test files (added #![allow(deprecated)])
- Fixed uninlined_format_args in zombienet-sdk-tests
- Fixed subxt API changes in revive/rpc/tests.rs (fetch signature, StorageValue)
- Fixed dead_code warnings in validator-pool and identity-kyc mocks
- Fixed field name `i` -> `_i` in tasks example

- Added .claude/WORKFLOW_PLAN.md for tracking CI fix progress
- Updated lychee.toml and taplo.toml configs

- txtesttool: Update dynamic storage API (try_fetch, Value type)
- txtesttool: Add From<ExtrinsicError> for Error
- omni-node-lib: Replace StorageEntryType with keys()/value_ty() API
Workspace cargo check now passes successfully.
