1. bip39: revert test password Bizinikiwi to Substrate — VECTORS were generated with Substrate; only the test code was renamed during rebrand, not the precomputed PBKDF2 reference values. 2. xcm: revert DescribePalletTerminal byte tag Pezpallet to Pallet — XCM location-to-account hashing uses protocol-level byte strings that must not be rebranded; the change silently broke account derivation for pallet-instance XCM locations in all zagros runtimes. 3. CI: exclude pez-chain-spec-guide-runtime from all 5 test-partition and test-no-try-runtime jobs — its tests require WASM_BINARY_PATH which is None under SKIP_WASM_BUILD=1 (same pattern as the 10 emulated integration test exclusions already in place). 4. polkavm: downgrade fixtures build-dep polkavm-linker 0.30.0 to 0.29.0 to match pallet polkavm 0.29.1 (polkavm-common 0.29.0) validator; the format mismatch caused CodeRejected on all PVM blob uploads in tests. Updated build.rs: target_json_path(args) becomes target_json_64_path(), program_from_elf 3-arg becomes 2-arg.
