Make this monorepo's tracked tree identical to the deployed github repo (github.com/pezkuwichain/pezkuwi-DKS): all RC/AH/People runtimes and framework carry the mainnet fixes (incl. U128CurrencyToVote everywhere, so the staking election stall cannot recur), and tools/usdt-bridge matches the current, public-safe custody tooling (real config/deploy units gitignored, secret-file locations and server IPs stripped, sanitized *.example templates committed). Only exception to the mirror: GitLab-native CI is preserved (.gitlab-ci.yml and .gitlab/), to be rebuilt to match the github CI pipeline in a follow-up.

<p>I acknowledge and agree to the following in connection with claiming PezkuwiChain

native tokens (the “Tokens”) to a PezkuwiChain account:</p>
|
|
|
|
<ol>
|
|
<li>I am the lawful holder of, and entitled to claim, the allocation associated with the
|
|
address from which this statement is signed.</li>
|
|
<li>The Tokens are a native utility token of the PezkuwiChain network used for transaction
|
|
fees, staking, network security and on-chain governance participation. They are not
|
|
offered or represented as shares, securities, or an investment, and confer no equity,
|
|
debt, dividend or profit-participation rights.</li>
|
|
<li>The PezkuwiChain network is decentralized, experimental software provided “as is”,
|
|
without warranties of any kind. I accept the technical, economic and regulatory risks of
|
|
holding and using the Tokens, including the risk of total loss.</li>
|
|
<li>I am not a person or entity subject to sanctions, I am not claiming on behalf of any
|
|
sanctioned person, and my claim does not violate the laws applicable to me.</li>
|
|
<li>I am solely responsible for the security of my keys and for any tax obligations arising
|
|
from my holding or use of the Tokens.</li>
|
|
<li>This statement is governed by the laws applicable to PEZ KIWI Company (Kurdistan Region of

|
Iraq) and the Pezkuwi Foundation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of
