Update to latest sysinfo prevents leaking fd-handlers (#6708)

* Ensure we close old file handles hold by sysinfo

* Dropping is needed unfortunately

* enable process refreshing, ignore result from refresh_process

* jumping to proposed patch

* switch to latest sysinfo
