Improve VersionedMigration naming conventions (#2264)

As suggested by @ggwpez
(https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/2142#discussion_r1388145872),
remove the `VersionChecked` prefix from version checked migrations (but
leave `VersionUnchecked` prefixes)
