* BlockId removal: refactor: HeaderBackend::status

It changes the arguments of `HeaderBackend::status` method from: `BlockId<Block>` to: `Block::Hash`

This PR is part of BlockId::Number refactoring analysis (paritytech/substrate#11292)

* Update node/core/chain-api/src/tests.rs
