Branislav Kontur f4bb17cc86 [testnet] Remove Wococo stuff from BridgeHubRococo/AssetHubRococo (#2300) 
Rococo<>Wococo bridge is replaced by Rococo<Westend bridge, so this PR
removes unneeded code.
