* * re-export frame_support::benchmarking in frame_benchmarking::
* prefer use frame_benchmarking::*; in examples, etc

* switch to frame_benchmarking::v2

* completely migrate new benchmarking code out of frame_support

* fix doc links

* remove unneeded return
