* Convert AURA to new pallet macro

* AURA: Switch to `CurrentSlot` instead of `LastTimestamp`

This switches AURA to use `CurrentSlot` instead of `LastTimestamp`.

* Add missing file

* Update frame/aura/src/migrations.rs
