* Remove SOURCE_PARACHAIN_PARA_ID

Remove SubstrateParachainsPipeline::SOURCE_PARACHAIN_PARA_ID

* Avoid duplicate ChainBase and ParachainBase implementations

* Replace ChainShadow with UnderlyingChainProvider
