* Add parallel cpu benchmarks processing

* Expose Parallel Hashrate Score in UI (as 'Parallel CPU speed')

* Remove unused variable and fix cfg(debug)

* Fix tests after removing old_chain_name

* Update Dockerfile

* bullseye for both images
