- react-qr Display: the frames follow the value's content (xxhash), are
reset while rendering instead of in an effect, and the frame timer is
keyed on the frame set. Before, a value that went from one frame to
several never started animating; Display.spec covers single,
multi, single-to-multi and unmount. tsconfig build/spec know *.spec.tsx.
- optional calls instead of guard expressions (ScanAddress, stores)
- KeyringOptions as a Record; type assertions the receiver already
accepts removed (Settings, vue-identicon)
- disable directives narrowed to the rules that still report
The two style tests read CSSStyleDeclaration._values, a private store
whose layout changed in cssstyle 4.6; with it, `background` is not a
key there and both tests failed (hidden until now by
continue-on-error). They compare style.background, style.borderRadius
and the rest instead. Setting a different default background turns
both red.
- dependencies on keyring, networks, util and util-crypto require
^14.0.26, the release on wasm-crypto 7.5.20 (ed25519, secp256k1,
derivation and bip39 implemented; 7.5.18 had them as stubs).
ui-keyring creates and derives accounts through these, so the floor
matters there. peerDependencies stay "*".

- 3.17.3 for every package and for the dependencies between them.
- Update all packages to version 3.17.2
