feat: Add Windows PowerShell installer
- Created automated installer for Windows 10+ - Installs as Windows Service (auto-restart) - Uses NSSM for service management - Includes system requirements check - Downloads and extracts binaries automatically - Generates validator keys - Updated README with Windows instructions
