feat: new Pezkuwi launcher icon + token config

- New launcher icon design: 21-rayed Kurdistan sun with 6 Nevroz fires
- Generated all density variants (mdpi to xxxhdpi)
- Added adaptive icon foreground/background
- Updated chains.json with complete token list:
  - HEZ (native, relay chain)
  - PEZ (Asset ID 1, governance token)
  - wHEZ (Asset ID 2, wrapped HEZ)
  - wUSDT (Asset ID 1984, 6 decimals, isSufficient: false)
- Added source SVG design file
