Update banners for Pezkuwi Wallet

- Replace Nova Wallet banners with Pezkuwi-specific content
- Add Kurdish (ku) localization as primary language
- Add English (en) localization
- Remove unused languages and Nova-related content
- Add Pezkuwi banner images (HEZ, PEZ, Newroz, welcome)
- Add README with admin guide for banner management
