pezkuwichain 2b64253e7e update genesis hashes, xcm config and dapps for mainnet relaunch 
- Update Pezkuwi chain genesis hashes (relay, asset hub, people)
- Update XCM transfer configs with new chain IDs
- Reorganize DApps: HEZstaking, Pezsnowbridge, Social-KURD
- Update allowed-chains whitelist
