fix: implement scrypt using @noble/hashes/scrypt
...
- Fixed scrypt function that was throwing 'not yet implemented' error
- Uses @noble/hashes/scrypt for proper scrypt KDF
- Fixes account creation/import in pezkuwi-extension
- Version bump to 7.5.18
