Fix all shadow deprecation warnings across entire mobile app

- Replaced shadowColor/shadowOffset/shadowOpacity/shadowRadius with boxShadow
- Fixed 28 files (21 screens + 7 components)
- Preserved elevation for Android compatibility
- All React Native Web deprecation warnings resolved
