mobile/ was moved out in April (18d41743), but the root package.json still
ran it: `npm run build`, `lint`, `test` and `dev` all called into a missing
directory and failed. The scripts now cover what is here (web, sign,
backend), concurrently is gone with the only command that needed it, and the
root lockfile shrinks to nothing.
The README described the mobile app and not the signing portal; it now lists
the real layout (web, sign, backend, shared, ops).
Node 20 is past its end of life. CI and both images move to Node 24; the
backend's sqlite3 native module builds and its tests pass on 24.
Resolved conflict in README.md by keeping comprehensive documentation
that includes all recent developments:
- Updated mobile app status to ~50% complete
- Added shared code organization details
- Updated roadmap with completed governance integration
- Added mobile quick start instructions
- Updated language support section with RTL info
Changes merged from main branch while preserving all feature work.
Restructured the project to support multiple frontend applications:
- Move web app to web/ directory
- Create pezkuwi-sdk-ui/ for Polkadot SDK clone (planned)
- Create mobile/ directory for mobile app development
- Add shared/ directory with common utilities, types, and blockchain code
- Update README.md with comprehensive documentation
- Remove obsolete DKSweb/ directory
This monorepo structure enables better code sharing and organized
development across web, mobile, and SDK UI projects.
