The GitLab pipeline already mirrors github's checks/security/test/docs gates (more thoroughly, in places), but its release stage built only the node binary (pezkuwi + workers). github's release.yml additionally builds the deployable runtime WASM (pezkuwichain / asset-hub-pezkuwichain / people-pezkuwichain) and publishes the blake2-256 authorize_upgrade hash — the fund-critical artifact that governance authorizes on-chain and anyone can reproduce. Add an equivalent build-runtime-wasm job (matrix over the 3 deployable runtimes, blake2-256 + sha256 digest, artifacts) on v*/runtime-* tags, pinned to a single runner for hash reproducibility, so gitlab.com produces the same verifiable release artifact as github.com. Also trigger pipelines on runtime-* tags.

DKS — Digital Kurdistan State. This repository is the complete, self-contained blockchain stack of PezkuwiChain: the framework, the relay-chain and system-parachain runtimes, and the original FRAME pallets that encode the state's citizenship, governance, treasury, and identity.
PezkuwiChain is the sovereign blockchain of the Digital Kurdistan State — a digital home for the Kurdish nation and for other stateless and distributed communities. This is a self-contained monorepo: the framework, runtimes, and pallets all live here and build from source, with no dependency on any external package registry. That independence is deliberate — the chain must remain buildable and verifiable no matter what happens to any third-party platform.

The pinned toolchain is declared in rust-toolchain.toml. Builds are
