* BlockId removal: refactor: Backend::block_indexed_body

It changes the arguments of `Backend::block_indexed_body` method from: `BlockId<Block>` to: `&Block::Hash`

This PR is part of BlockId::Number refactoring analysis (paritytech/substrate#11292)
