The number 4096 is used to cap the size of collections that we preallocate.
cmp::min(hint.unwrap_or(0), 4096)
I find this number more understandable than 0x1000.

Suppress errors on rustfmt line overflow

Some of the serde_derive lines inside of quote!(...) are too long. Rustfmt
cannot fix these. Will need to follow up.
